Consumer behaviour has been one of the mostly studied research areas in the marketing literature. Following the improvements in information technologies online consumer behaviour has become popular. Various factors have effects on online consumers’ purchase decisions. These factors sometimes bear a resemblance to the factors in the traditional markets and sometimes there are various differences between them. This study aims to reveal the effects of the factors determining the online purchase behaviour of the consumer on actual purchase. In order to achieve this purpose 395 questionnaires were distributed to students of a public university in Turkey. Results show the importance of understanding the factors that are effective on online consumer behaviour. It is supposed that the results of the study would shed light on the strategies of online marketers to best manage the online consumer behavior. Objective: To determine if the prolonged time for achieving ovarian suppression before starting stimulation affected the pregnancy rates. Patients and Methods: Retrospective cohort analysis was performed on 565 women undergoing first assisted reproductive technologies (ART) treatment in a University-affiliated Hospital. The women were grouped according to the duration of downregulation by gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) analogue. Group A consisted of women in the lower 25th percentile, group B consisted of women in the upper 25th percentile, according to the duration of GnRH analogue use. The implantation and clinical pregnancy rates were compared. Results: Mean number of aspirated and inseminated oocytes were more in group A than in group B. Implantation rates were similar. Clinical pregnancy rates were alike. Conclusion: Prolonged time for achieving ovarian supression does not compromise clinical pregnancy rates in ART cycles

Aim. To determine if the duration of ovarian hyperstimulation affects quality of embryos on the 3rd day. Methods. Retrospective cohort study was designed in a University affliated hospital. Six-hundred fifteen women undergoing first IVF treatment were grouped according to the duration of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH) in long-down regulated cycles. Group A consisted of women with 8 or less days of COH, Group B consisted of women who had between 9 and 10 days of COH and Group C had 11days or more COH. The degree of fragmentation and asymmetry of blastomeres were compared for the 3rd day after oocyte retrieval. Results. On day 3, there were more embryos with 10-25% fragmentation in Group A than in Group B. Embryos were also less symmetrical in Group A than in Group B. Conclusions. COH cycles which are shorter than 9 days result in more embryos with more than 10% fragmentation on post-retrieval day 3
